I am working in the Lab of Geology in Lyon (University Lyon 1, Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon and CNRS) and teaching at the Department of Earth Sciences of the Uni and ENS. Starting in Oct. I'll be affiliated to Institut Universitaire de France as well.

I work on the long term evolution of the silicate Earth (mantle and crust) and its impact on the environment.

In my teaching I use "innovative" methods that sometimes involve technologies. I have been director of the Teaching & Learning service iCAP of Lyon 1.
